About The Position

Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of a degree, fifteen or more years of progressive field service and/or after sales operations experience may be considered, including a minimum of five years of experience leading and developing managers within comparable operational environments.
  • Years of Experience: Seven to ten years of related experience, including at least five years of experience leading and developing direct reports.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency with standard business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, service partners, and customers.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25 percent as required to support field operations, as well as a valid driver’s license are required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize national field service operations to improve efficiency, reduce service delays, and ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop field service leaders and employees to strengthen performance, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, evaluate results, and address performance gaps through timely feedback and corrective action.
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment across all field operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication for field service teams and service partners by providing clear guidance, updates, and operational direction.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of service vehicles and operational equipment to minimize downtime and control repair costs.
  • Manage service vehicle assets, including leased vehicles, to ensure proper usage, condition, and cost‑effective lifecycle management.
  • Monitor and manage labor cost recovery related to service repairs to support budget control and financial performance.
  • Analyze field service issues and implement effective solutions to resolve operational challenges and improve service outcomes.
  • Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
