Requirements

  • IICRC certification in ASD and AMRT or equivalent
  • Management experience with strong leadership skills
  • Financial experience with a keen understanding of profit and loss
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Working with our sales and marketing department, develop and execute a business plan designed to increase our volume of Mold, Fire/Smoke cleaning, and other specialty cleaning jobs
  • Work with Industrial Hygienist and other experts in the field to represent Paul Davis Restoration as a leader in the Specialty cleaning field.
  • Provide a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the emergency team for accomplishing financial and service goals.
  • Represent the Paul Davis Mission, Vision and Values
  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
  • Builds, develops, and manages Emergency Services teams capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
  • On Call Rotation – Required to provide on-call support and back-up support when assigned. This is a 24/7 on-call that covers weekends and evenings, including holidays.
