As our Manager of Marketing - Demand Generation, you will own our GTM multi-channel programs that generate high-quality leads and build pipeline, activate whitespace within current customers, and deepen alignment with our commercial and Customer Experience (CX) teams. This role is highly strategic and deeply executional. You will build and optimize scalable campaign frameworks, ABM programs, and insights-to-action workflows that support growth across R1’s portfolio. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Commercial Operations, and Product Marketing to bring integrated campaigns to life and ensure measurement and performance rigor across all channels.

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Build and manage integrated, persona-based, multi-touch demand generation programs and create top and mid-funnel growth plays that complement ABM and paid programs.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns aligned to commercial priorities. Build campaign “building blocks” using repeatable frameworks for content, email, segmentation, CTAs, and cadences. Drive cross-functional campaign activation: creating briefs, aligning stakeholders, coordinating content production, and ensuring launch readiness.
  • ABM & Whitespace Activation: Manage 1:few and 1:many ABM programs targeting R1’s top accounts and whitespace opportunities and partner closely with regions to identify whitespace using Salesforce dashboards, Definitive, ZoomInfo intent, and website activity.
  • Insights & Reporting: Own insights-to-activation processes: translating ZoomInfo intent, website analytics, and Salesforce activity into actionable marketing motions. Create dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, engagement, pipeline influence, and coverage against whitespace.
  • Event Activation: Support event strategy and execution, including attendance driving, pre- and post-event nurture.
  • 5-7 years in B2B demand generation, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, AI, or enterprise complex-sales environments.
  • Strong background in integrated campaigns, ABM, and pipeline generation.
  • Deep experience partnering with sales, regional leaders, and GTM functions.
  • Experience managing or heavily using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional project management, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to orchestrate launches that support regional and account-specific go-to-market motions, enabling R1’s commercial teams with turnkey toolkits and 1:few campaign assets.
  • Experience building launch architectures that span pre-announce, announce, and sustained post-launch phases, optimizing for both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Skilled in creating launch dashboards and reporting frameworks to track adoption, engagement, opportunity creation, and ROI; comfortable making data-driven recommendations to refine and scale programs.
