As our Manager of Marketing - Demand Generation, you will own our GTM multi-channel programs that generate high-quality leads and build pipeline, activate whitespace within current customers, and deepen alignment with our commercial and Customer Experience (CX) teams. This role is highly strategic and deeply executional. You will build and optimize scalable campaign frameworks, ABM programs, and insights-to-action workflows that support growth across R1’s portfolio. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Commercial Operations, and Product Marketing to bring integrated campaigns to life and ensure measurement and performance rigor across all channels.
