About The Position

Job Responsibilities Oversee the lease purchase program Understand all aspects of equipment leasing contracts Learning and advising on Lease purchase program, LP coaching and support to improve LP profitability and lower LP turnover Meet with LP DM's, help the DM’s become more successful in their performance Maintain maintenance charge backs for LP drivers Monitor LP Balance Statements Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
