About The Position

The Manager of Training and Development leads the design, coordination, and delivery of all employee learning initiatives, including SOP creation, compliance training, and professional development. This role ensures effective training strategies, manages the LMS, partners with internal and external resources, and drives continuous improvement to enhance workforce performance and growth. We're seeking a dynamic, strategic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our team to create, develop, coordinate, and implement learning and development/talent management solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in education, businessadministration or liberal arts degree or at least five years of teaching experience; advanced certifications a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in creating, developing, coordinating, and implementing learning and development or talent management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training technologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
