About The Position
Maryland Hillel is seeking a Manager of Jewish Education and Experiences to join our team, bringing enthusiasm for student engagement, a passion for Jewish experiential education, and a commitment to building a vibrant and pluralistic Jewish community. This individual will be responsible for expanding and deepening Jewish educational opportunities on campus, inspiring and advising student-led initiatives and Shabbat programs. They will develop and teach compelling educational content, facilitate meaningful one-on-one conversations, and help students explore personal and communal connections to Jewish life. As a key member of our dynamic programming team, the Manager of Jewish Education and Experiences will work collaboratively and independently to implement a strategic vision for Jewish learning and engagement. This role requires a creative and outgoing professional with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, as well as experience in education, leadership development, and/or Jewish communal work. By working closely with student leaders and creating opportunities for meaningful Jewish experiences, this individual will play a vital role in shaping a thriving Jewish community on campus.
