In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing technical support and troubleshooting services involving specific products, systems, and services. Implements effective support strategies and identifies ways to improve service quality to meet our evolving customer needs. Manages the ticketing system and serves as the point of escalation. Ensures that tickets are resolved promptly, guaranteeing that our customers receive the best experience possible. Serves as internal subject matter expert on products, as well as produces training materials.
