About The Position
The Manager of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (IT GRC) at Hasbro is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the company's IT compliance programs, including SOX and PCI compliance. This position involves collaboration with various teams, including Internal and External Audit, IT Partners, and the CISO Leadership team, to ensure effective compliance and audit engagements. The role also includes leading the Security Awareness and Training program, developing engaging content, and measuring compliance with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001. This hybrid position requires onsite work three days a week in Pawtucket, RI.
