Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Manager of Innovation position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of innovation initiatives across the organization. Focuses on coordinating pilots, managing projects, testing new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), and helping validated solutions transition into operational teams. Works closely with business leaders to ensure initiatives move from concept to real-world use while aligning with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, information systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of experience in project management, product, innovation, digital transformation, or technology delivery
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or digital technologies in a professional setting (preferred)
  • Project management training or certifications (Agile, PMP, Scrum, or equivalent) are strongly preferred
