The Manager of Infrastructure Services demonstrates excellent customer service and performance in that his/her attitude and actions are at all times consistent with the University and ITS Vision, Mission, Values and Leadership Expectations. This individual provides overall leadership for the technical infrastructure, system administration and digital network areas of the Information Technology Services department that support the University mission and strategic goals. Working closely with the Director of Information Technology and Support Services, the Manager of Infrastructure Services provides direction to the System Administration and Network Engineering teams.
