As the Manager of Information Technology (Enterprise Application Integration), you will play a critical role in leading and guiding a team through the end-to-end delivery of our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our middleware, integration, and microservices initiatives are effectively managed and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strong leader who excels in coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You will perform all leadership duties including hiring and rewarding talent, fostering an inclusive and safe workplace, partnering with employees to set clear goals and expectations, providing timely and specific feedback on performance, developing improvement plans to address performance gaps, and addressing conflict with care and respect. You will also manage the lifecycle of products or services including maintenance, patching, and new version introductions. Additionally, you will lead and participate in technology planning processes to align on priorities across IT services, focusing on outcomes and objectives to deliver cost-effective, customer-driven technology solutions.
