Requirements
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science preferred
- 5+ years experience supporting individuals with neurological or developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, supervision, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of DDS and community-based support services
- Advanced computer skills (electronic health records, Microsoft Office, billing)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and schedule flexibility (nights/weekends as needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support in-home staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and team coverage to meet individual and family needs
- Partner with families as the primary point of contact, offering guidance and support
- Monitor service quality, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with DDS and agency standards
- Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate behavior supports into in-home services
