About The Position

To Coordinate and manage service delivery for in-home support staffing services, with a focus on recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality supports for individuals and families. Develop systems to scale and expand the in-home support business while maintaining compliance and service excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the behavioral sciences related field preferred.
  • Five years of experience providing community-based services to persons with neurological impairments.
  • Experience working in developmental disability services, residential care, or related healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of DDS regulations.
  • Ability to supervise, lead, and train other nursing and direct care staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional and person-centered approach to care and leadership.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise in-home support staff.
  • Match staff with individuals and families based on skills, availability, and compatibility.
  • Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate coverage to prevent service disruption.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Develop efficient staffing systems to support scaling of in-home services.
  • Streamline onboarding, training, and scheduling to promote growth.
  • Monitor service utilization and staffing needs to meet community demand.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate behavior supports into daily service.
  • Monitor delivery of in-home services to ensure compliance with plans, policies, and standards.
  • Document case management updates and maintain updated service records.
  • Ensure adherence to DDS regulations and agency requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of staffing, service delivery, and incidents.
  • Conduct team trainings on safety and quality.
  • Serve as primary contact for families regarding staffing needs and issues.
  • Address concerns with professionalism and compassion.
  • Connect families with additional resources when appropriate.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal staff and external partners.
  • Provide crisis management and physical intervention when needed.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and maintain required certifications (PMT, CPR).
  • Other duties as assigned.
