We're seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to manage a high-performing team of Implementation Managers responsible for onboarding and deploying Cube's spreadsheet-native FP&A platform across enterprise and mid-market clients. This role blends operational oversight, customer success strategy, and technical enablement to ensure rapid time-to-value and long-term adoption of Cube.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support career development.
  • Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project health and intervene proactively to mitigate risks and remove roadblocks.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align implementation strategies with customer goals.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of best practices across onboarding engagements.
  • Standardize implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze onboarding metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Cube's FP&A platform and related financial tools (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, etc).
  • Guide the team in configuring solutions that meet complex financial planning and analysis needs.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation or professional services within SaaS or financial technology.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A workflows, financial modeling, and ERP integrations.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Jira, and Cube or similar platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
