The Manager of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team has the opportunity to be responsible for overseeing and leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's identity and access management systems. This role involves ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data and systems by managing user identities and access privileges to local on-prem, cloud, and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments. The IAM Manager plays a critical role in protecting the organization's assets, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting business operations. The role is responsible for working across the D&IT organization to create a strategy for a distributed identity governance council and implement an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
