Being the Manager of Housing is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and development of housing programs and case management services. The Manager of Housing will work with Case Managers to assess survivor’s needs, connect clients to appropriate services, and to advocate for clients to ensure the provision of comprehensive services meet the identified needs/goals. The Manager of Housing will implement services with a trauma-informed, evidence-based, and client-centered approach while assisting clients toward self-sufficiency. Your Schedule: Grant Funded Position: This position is supported by grant funding and continued employment is contingent upon the renewal of that funding, all grants are subject to renewal.
