About The Position
The Manager of High School Operations is a key member of the school leadership team responsible for ensuring the campus operates efficiently, safely, and with strong operational systems that support teaching and learning. The Manager of High School Operations directly supervises: Office Managers (2) Climate & Culture Specialists (2) School Counselors (for scheduling coordination) The role also collaborates with district teams responsible for: Custodial services Security personnel Facilities and maintenance Technology support Food Services As a member of the school administrative leadership team, the Manager of High School Operations helps navigate operational challenges, respond to urgent situations, and ensure the campus maintains a safe and stable environment for students and staff.
