The Manager of High School Operations directly supervises: Office Managers (2) Climate & Culture Specialists (2) School Counselors (for scheduling coordination) The role also collaborates with district teams responsible for: Custodial services Security personnel Facilities and maintenance Technology support Food Services As a member of the school administrative leadership team, the Manager of High School Operations helps navigate operational challenges, respond to urgent situations, and ensure the campus maintains a safe and stable environment for students and staff.
