Accountable for the vision and management of the home equity line of credit (HELOC) consumer loan underwriting and processing team. This position will assist in the development and strategic direction in a rapidly changing organization. Implements process enhancements to increase the efficiency of departmental operations. Maintains and effectively leverages a thorough understanding of the consumer lending industry and trends to ensure the optimal performance, productivity and effectiveness of the department. Ensures that internal and external members receive efficient, courteous and quality service. This position aids in efforts to meet the strategic goals of the credit union, including providing outstanding service to internal and external members as defined by living and demonstrating the core values of the credit union; Act with Integrity, Drive Progress, Build & Strengthen Relationships and Keep People at the Core.
