American Express National Bank (AENB) is the U.S. banking arm of Amex, generating over 60% of the company's revenue through payments, financing, and savings products. The AENB HQ team, led by the Chief Operating Officer, supports Bank operations, partners with affiliates, and ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and internal goals. The AENB Strategy and Execution Team includes AENB Strategic Plan and Bank Products, HQ Platforms and Capabilities, and the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). The EPMO Governance and Reporting Team establishes the strategy and execution for the Enterprise Project Governance Framework. This Project Governance Framework aims to manage project delivery risks which can impact operating effectiveness as well as expose the Bank to financial loss, reputational damage, operational losses, and increased regulatory scrutiny. Managing project delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle involves identifying, measuring, controlling, and reporting those risks in a timely manner. We're hiring Managers of Governance and Reporting to help embed strong control management with Project Management through collaboration across business units.
