The F&B Manager is responsible for managing the Back of the House and the Front of the House employees. The F&B Manager also works with a wide variety of individuals in the internal and external community. The Food and Beverage Manager sets the standards of customer service and builds trusted and valued relationships with customers across departments and with team members. The F&B Manager provides best in class training to the F&B Team Members so that our service levels meet or exceed The Garlands’ Members, guests and customers’ expectations. Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to the Director of Hospitality.
