About The Position

As the Manager of Data & Risk Reporting, you’ll oversee risk data governance and reporting that drive business decisions. You will enhance the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of key risk metrics while ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards. This role offers the opportunity to shape how leaders use data to manage risk and strengthen the organization’s control environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in data risk management, operational risk, or data analytics
  • 3+ years with SQL or other data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Finance, or Risk
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
  • Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP)
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Responsibilities

  • Lead data governance activities, including issue logging, data lineage, and quality monitoring across business functions.
  • Oversee the production, validation, and accuracy of risk reporting (KRIs, control testing, losses, and complaints).
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, model owners, and technology teams to resolve data integrity issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Develop automated dashboards, heatmaps, and risk reporting tools for senior leaders.
  • Maintain clear documentation for data sources, definitions, and validation processes.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data Governance, Compliance, and Risk to ensure alignment with companywide standards.
  • Support exam and audit readiness by providing accurate, reliable, and auditable risk data outputs.
  • Recommend process and reporting improvements to increase efficiency and insight.
