About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our growing FP&A Team, focused on clinic operations and corporate function support. The ideal candidate is an independent, strategic, and analytical thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large) and has an outstanding work ethic. The role reports directly to the VP, FP&A. Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in accounting, financial modeling, finance, and/or FP&A with at least 2 years of experience in FP&A
• Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques
• Creative problem solver and no roadblock or challenge will get in your way
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required; ability to effectively communicate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
• Familiarity with the Netsuite ERP system and FP&A tools is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial models within your coverage areas to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Develop real-time views of financial performance and associated variance analysis to compare against plans
• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Partner with department heads on goal setting, performance measurement, and departmental growth
• Conduct deep dives into various metrics: business metrics, marketing spend efficiency, customer acquisition costs, revenue operations, etc.
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and insightful financial reports and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team, synthesizing business performance and communicating risks/opportunities clearly
• Collaborate with marketing operations on data and analytics for dashboard creation, management, and execution
• Champion continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting
