About The Position

This role leads financial planning and analysis across multiple business segments while driving modernization of financial systems and reporting infrastructure. You will manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, deliver actionable insights, and act as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership. The position emphasizes automation, AI-driven analytics, and scalable financial processes to support growth and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective decision-making, and optimized workflows. This role requires a combination of strong analytical expertise, technical fluency, and leadership skills to influence financial strategy and improve business outcomes. The position is primarily remote, with some travel expected to corporate headquarters.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and financial systems transformation in technology, SaaS, or high-growth industries.
  • 2+ years of management experience overseeing FP&A teams and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered financial automation and ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced financial modeling.
  • Expertise in FP&A best practices, process improvement, and scalable reporting structures.
  • Proven ability to balance technical, analytical, and people management responsibilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles across all business units.
  • Develop long-term financial models and projections to guide strategic decisions.
  • Modernize and optimize financial systems, reporting tools, and data infrastructure with automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports that provide actionable insights and track performance against plan.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to executives, providing financial consultation, variance analysis, and decision-support for initiatives.
  • Support Board and Audit Committee reporting, regulatory filings, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to enhance data pipelines, API integrations, and cloud-based finance platforms.
