About The Position

Manager of Finance providing budgeting, analysis, reporting, and strategic financial guidance to drive business performance and cross-functional initiatives. Job Summary The Manager of Finance provides leadership, analysis, and direction for a business function, ensuring financial metrics are tracked, costs are controlled, and strategic initiatives are supported. This role participates in budgeting, monitors functional performance, and collaborates across departments to drive business goals and shareholder value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to understand business operations and provide actionable financial insights

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial planning and analysis to support functional leadership
  • Participate in preparation and review of annual budgets and monthly expenditures
  • Track and drive key functional financial metrics
  • Identify and implement process and organizational improvements
  • Support cross-functional projects and facilitate communication between Finance, HR, Operations, Real Estate, and IT
  • Utilize metrics to monitor team performance and workload management
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Execute department objectives to achieve business and financial goals
