The Manager of Faculty Planning and Scheduling is a centralized academic operations role responsible for proactively building, managing, and retaining a pooled network of per diem and adjunct faculty supporting Unitek’s hospital-embedded programs. This includes clinical, skills lab, simulation, and proctoring faculty across multiple locations and specialties. This role exists to ensure flawless staffing execution while removing administrative and coordination burden from on-site leadership. The Manager of Faculty Planning and Scheduling owns faculty pool readiness, advanced scheduling, contingency planning, onboarding coordination, and communication management—ensuring zero disruption to student learning due to staffing. Success in this role requires extreme ownership, strong operational discipline, and a service-oriented mindset.
