We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Manager to join our high energy team. The ERP Manager’s main responsibility is to manage and determine the implementation of Microsoft D365, enhancements, and maintenance of software to assist the organization in accomplishing it’s business objectives. We offer growth opportunities with potential for advancement This position is a remote position with occasional travel to Hudson, OH Schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday

  • Technical expert for implementation of both operational and financial initiatives as they pertain to the ERP solution.
  • Manage system architecture, infrastructure, development, testing, and deployments as it pertains to the ERP solution.
  • Responsible for all updates and enhancements of the ERP solution through the entire system development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Act as liaison with internal leadership, staff, vendors, and VARs on support for all ERP related issues.
  • Review business processes and advise on system services available within the ERP solution.
  • Optimize internal customer satisfaction, working closely with the operations and finance teams as it pertains to the ERP solution.
  • Provide the technical resources that optimize employee productivity as it pertains to the ERP solution.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems. D365 experience required.
  • Minimum of five years of software/systems D365 implementation experience.
  • Proven track record of implementing productivity enhancing solutions while managing existing resources.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Four-year technical degree required, Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of twelve years of Information Technology experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
