The position oversees the functions needed for the dual diagnosis program to run effectively and efficiently, including completing assessments, such as the ASAM, completing individualized service plans, and individual sessions. Overall supervision of the Dual Diagnosis Program includes supervision of staff within the program, coordination of service planning, group programming, and risk management for the Dual Diagnosis clients. Additionally, clinical and administrative supervision of staff on the Dual Diagnosis team is required. The position provides face-to-face screening, assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy in response to requests for assistance with mental health and substance use disorder issues
