About The Position
RelaDyne is the nation’s leading automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants provider and a trusted partner for reliability services. The company is seeking a hands-on leader to supervise warehouse and delivery operations. This role involves managing teams and processes to ensure efficiency, inventory accuracy, fleet and equipment oversight, and safe, reliable distribution in line with company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing or leading a team
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse and delivery teams
- Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and daily operations
- Manage fleet, equipment, and DOT compliance
- Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
- Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized facility
