About The Position

We are looking for a Manager, Digital & Content to join our growing Brand & Communication Team! This Team Member will ultimately help shape Voltava’s digital content strategy, creation, distribution and analysis with a focus on creating engaging and optimized brand-centric stories across the web, social, email and other digital channels. This position requires strong leadership, project management, analytical skills, and expertise in content creation, distribution, and performance measurement across various digital platforms and tools. The Brand & Communication Team serves as the internal agency for Voltava’s teams and facilities around the world, and we believe strongly that our strategy is a critical support element in accelerating our culture of Respect, Integrity, Courage and Impact. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital content strategy, social media, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven success managing corporate digital channels, preferably in automotive, manufacturing or technology
  • Experience launching digital presence/websites for enterprise organizations
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with sharp editorial judgment
  • Expertise in analytics tools, SEO best practices, and performance optimization
  • Experience partnering with executive leaders on digital presence and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive digital content strategies and editorial calendar aligned with Voltava’s mission, vision and values.
  • Content Creation & Oversight: Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content (articles, videos, infographics, social posts).
  • Distribution & Promotion: Manage content distribution across platforms (website, blog, social media, email, paid channels).
  • Brand Voice: A true partner in creating Voltava’s Brand Voice—using consistent language and tone across all digital platforms.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead team members, manage projects, and collaborate with internal teams (HR, sales, engineering) and external agencies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
