Many People...One Strong Community...Join Our Growing Team! Mozaic (a chapter of Arc NY) is looking for a full-time Manager of Day Services in Auburn, NY . The Manager of Services provides direct leadership to assigned Site Supervisors and ensures strong oversight of daily operations. The role maintains full compliance with regulatory, Corporate Compliance, and HIPAA standards while supporting a safe, high‑quality environment for the individuals served. This position collaborates closely with other programs and departments to ensure needs are met, represents the agency on committees, and works with fellow Managers of Services to maintain consistency and strengthen service delivery. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Site Supervisors. Ensures oversight of assigned areas of responsibility. Follows all regulatory compliance, Corporate Compliance, and HIPAA per agency policy. Ensures the health and safety of all individuals supported and works cooperatively with all programs/departments to ensure needs are met. Serves as a representative on agency teams/committees. Consults with other Managers of Services on an ongoing basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Take the lead in shaping high-quality services by directly supervising a team of dedicated Site Supervisors. In this key leadership role, you'll ensure excellence across assigned program areas by maintaining regulatory and policy compliance, supporting staff development, and promoting person-centered care. Responsibilities include timely documentation, incident reporting, and contributing to policy updates. You'll monitor staff training through Relias, review DSP Core Competencies, and ensure all services align with individual plans and agency standards. You'll manage program budgets, oversee individual funds, and maintain accurate financial records. As an advocate for the individuals we support, you'll champion their rights, privacy, and inclusion in the community, while working collaboratively with internal teams to support overall health and well-being. You'll also ensure staff are fully trained, daily operations run smoothly, and service environments remain safe, clean, and well-maintained-including vehicle and safety protocol oversight. As a member of agency committees, you'll help drive innovation and continuous improvement across programs. Manager of Day Services Schedule : Hours: Typically, Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week Location: Cayuga County

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years of leadership experience required.
  • Will consider a combination of relevant education and/or work experience.
  • Minimum education and experience requirements may only be waived by the Executive VP of Administration.
