  • Perform strategic analyses related to payer contracting, network partnerships, strategic growth, and other critical strategic projects.
  • Create models and reporting tools to evaluate partnership performance and inform decision-making related to contract terms and proposal development.
  • Collaborate closely with contract managers and payer and network contracting leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and support decision-making.
  • Research and analyze market and industry trends, publicly available information, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and deploy subject matter expertise in public payer ACO models (Medicare and Medicaid) and create analyses to assess ACO performance and inform decision-making related to public payer ACOs.
  • Collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders throughout the enterprise related to external payer and network partnerships, performance, and opportunity.
  • When needed, support and/or project manage strategic projects with a connection to external partnerships, performance improvement, and/or growth.
  • Master's degree or related experience in a quantitative and analytical discipline required (or equivalent education, training or experience).
  • 7-10 years experience in financial or data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • At least 3 years experience in a managerial, supervisory or lead role preferred.
  • Detail oriented with strong technical writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to gather, analyze and communicate data.
  • High level of computer software skills including Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Knowledge of specific report writing tools (e.g., SQL).
  • Epic clarity and dashboarding tools experience also desired.
