Manager of D365 Architecture and DevOps You lead the architecture function for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations. You manage solution architecture, guide technical direction and own DevOps practices that support delivery. Role Overview • Own technical and solution architecture for all D365 applications in scope. • Manage architects who support feature delivery. • Partner with Product Owners, Functional Architects and Delivery Managers. • Ensure design quality, platform standards and stable operations. • Understand how Azure services support and extend the D365 platform.

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture across D365, Xrm and Azure.
  • Define solution patterns, integration methods and configuration standards.
  • Review designs from delivery teams and align them with platform goals.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
  • Maintain architecture documentation and integration specifications.
  • Guide configuration approaches that improve maintainability.
  • Oversee automated testing, monitoring and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, licensing and environment policies.
  • Support user adoption and release planning.
  • Plan for Microsoft release waves and environment updates.
  • Present architecture decisions and risks to leadership.
  • Manage workload, performance and development for the architecture team.
  • Set direction for solution architecture and validate team output.
  • Coach team members on D365 design, integration and DevOps practices.
  • Align team priorities with the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with delivery teams and enterprise architects.
  • Own deployment strategy across all environments.
  • Lead build and release automation in Azure DevOps.
  • Define branching, pipeline standards and quality gates.
  • Oversee automated packaging, testing and validations.
  • Manage environment refresh, configuration tracking and backups.
  • Track deployment quality and release cycle metrics.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and security on platform stability.
  • Ensure Azure resources tied to D365 are included in monitoring and automation.
  • 7 to 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years working with D365.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Deep experience with D365 development and customization.
  • Experience leading technical or architecture teams.
  • Background in business analysis and agile delivery.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a changing environment.
  • Experience with complex D365 implementations.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Portals and mobile solutions.
  • Experience with Azure services such as Function Apps, Service Bus, Logic Apps and API Management.
  • Experience with SQL and stored procedures.
  • Experience managing DevOps pipelines.
  • Technical certifications desired.
