About The Position

Sygnia is looking for a Manager of Cyber Security Services in the United States to win, lead, and grow a portfolio of client relationships as part of our client leadership team. This is a sales oriented, client facing role focused on bringing in new clients, building trusted partnerships, delivering high impact advisory services, and expanding Sygnia’s footprint across the U.S. market. This role supports regional revenue objectives and is accountable for new client acquisition, opportunity development, successful engagement delivery, and long term client satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, partner closely with delivery teams, and play an active role in identifying and shaping new opportunities within existing relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience winning and growing client relationships in the United States, ideally within cybersecurity consulting or professional services.
  • Seven to ten years of professional experience, including time in cybersecurity consulting, incident response, or security leadership role.
  • Strong client service and consultative sales mindset, with the ability to build credibility, trust, and long term partnerships from initial engagement onward.
  • Hands on, proactive working style with the ability to perform well in fast moving and high pressure environments and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities, including executive level client interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, grow and operate effectively in an evolving go to market environment.
  • Academic degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, information security, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel within the United States approximately 20–25% of the time for client engagements and relationship development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with large U.S. enterprises or global organizations headquartered in the United States.
  • Familiarity with US regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SEC, NYDFS, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
  • Experience advising clients during incidents, crises, or other high stakes security situations.
  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, C-CISO, or GSTRT are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently grow accounts and expand client relationships over time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long term relationships with U.S. based and multinational organizations, serving as a trusted cyber security advisor from initial engagement through ongoing partnership.
  • Own new client acquisition and relationship management for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strong delivery outcomes and alignment with client goals.
  • Actively support revenue growth by identifying follow on opportunities within existing relationships, expanding accounts, and helping scope future engagements.
  • Participate in new business meetings, client workshops, and industry events, to generate and progress opportunities, including leads sourced through BDR efforts and events.
  • Collaborate with technical and engagement teams to plan, execute, and review client deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, including technical teams, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership.
  • Present engagement updates, findings, and recommendations in a clear, compelling way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to internal capability building, methodology development, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Navigate a matrix organization effectively, aligning client needs with Sygnia’s services and internal teams.
