About The Position

We're looking for a Manager of CRM Marketing to lead our in-house CRM team and help shape the future of Keurig DTC consumer communications. This role will oversee campaign strategy and execution across email, SMS, and push, with a strong focus on automation, personalization, and business responsiveness. You'll report to the Sr. Director of Growth & Marketing and play a critical role in our DTC growth—working cross-functionally to activate journeys, improve performance, and scale innovation across our site and subscription programs. If you're equal parts strategist, operator, and experimenter—you'll feel right at home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of CRM or retention marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with AMPscript, SQL and HTML.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; comfort working with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or data cubes.
  • Experience using project management tools like Lytho, Airtable, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexible and calm under pressure—able to prioritize, pivot, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and empower a high-performing CRM team in delivering personalized and timely communications that drive repeat purchases, subscription growth, and overall customer LTV.
  • Oversee the execution of email, SMS, and push campaigns with a focus on ecommerce revenue, performance KPIs, and quick-turn responsiveness to business needs.
  • Build and evolve consumer journeys based on behavior and lifecycle signals to deepen engagement and purchase frequency for both prospects and buyers.
  • Drive a robust testing roadmap—optimizing segmentation, content, timing, and personalization to continually improve channel results.
  • Collaborate with partners in Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Performance Marketing to scale automation, increase channel efficiency, and unlock new CRM capabilities.
  • Collaborate on the end-to-end campaign development process—from strategy to execution—ensuring creative and technical delivery align with performance goals and brand standards.
  • Oversee CRM platform and partner relationships (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wunderkind) to unlock advanced capabilities, ensure deliverability, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Inform and manage channel investment strategy, ensuring budget decisions are guided by consumer insights, ROI, and lifetime value goals.
  • Foster an environment where your team can scale impactful communications by continuously evolving processes, creative development, and tooling.
  • Stay on the pulse of industry trends and new technologies to evolve our CRM approach and keep Keurig communications competitive and future ready.
