About The Position

We are seeking a Manager of Creative to help scale our brand, performance, and content execution across multiple channels. In this role, you will build and lead the structure that transforms ideas into compelling, high-performing creative across all channels. You’ll manage the day-to-day development of content, design, copy, and video projects — championing innovation while ensuring operational excellence and delivery at scale. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You’ll play a central role in our rebrand rollout and help fuel our mission to help people live free from pain by ensuring our messaging, storytelling, and visual identity are consistent, effective, and deeply resonant.
