We’re seeking a Manager of Corporate Development - Renewable Energy who will be responsible for supporting the analysis of renewable energy acquisition opportunities and managing ongoing renewable energy business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Chemistry, Physics or Renewable Energy-related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance or corporate development, preferably with Renewable Energy-related experience
  • Experience with Financial Modeling, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Energy / Renewable Energy (preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree in management, finance, or renewable energy strongly preferred
  • Experience with Financial Modeling, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Energy / Renewable Energy (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Company’s renewable energy growth and diversification strategy through analysis of acquisition and partnership opportunities for: strategic fit, financial returns, environmental impact, and alignment with the Company’s existing renewable energy assets
  • Prepares financial analyses and presentations related to the Company’s renewable natural gas platform, including materials for senior management and board members, monthly reports, year-end budgeting, and related ad-hoc deliverables
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to advance strategic partnerships and initiatives
  • Accelerates the growth of the Company’s renewable energy investments and partnerships through industry research and analysis
  • Assists with evaluating new acquisition targets, partnership prospects, and market opportunities to advance the Company’s long-term growth strategy
  • Coordinates overall planning of acquisition and due diligence efforts between internal team members and external partners
  • This position will be responsible for conducting initial financial analyses in coordination with the Sr. Manager Corporate Development – Renewable Energy
  • Will require good judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate semi-autonomously
