Due to the impending retirement of our long-tenured Benefits Manager, Our Blood Institute is actively searching for a collaborative, innovative and seasoned Benefits Management professional who can help take our large, growing, widely distributed organization to the 'next level' of benefit development, management, dissemination as well as employee education. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the 'Manager of Corporate Benefits Programs' has a key strategic corporate responsibility for the overall administration, continued evaluation, development and communication of all OBI's benefit programs, for nearly 1100 employees at 15+ locations across Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas. Along with these strategic functions, this Human Resources positioned role is fundamentally responsible, on a daily basis, for ensuring that employees are aware of the company-provided benefits available to them, ensuring that employees are provided with an appropriate opportunity to enroll in available benefits, and ensuring monthly billing is proper and correct.
