EVALUATE AND RECOMMEND AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES (CONVEYORS, AS/RS, ROBOTICS, WMS UPGRADES) FOR OPTIMAL ROI. COLLABORATE WITH CHINESE AUTOMATION VENDORS TO SOURCE COST-EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS. LEAD AUTOMATION PILOT PROGRAMS AND FULL-SCALE IMPLEMENTATIONS ACROSS DC NETWORK. DEVELOP BUSINESS CASES AND ROI ANALYSIS FOR AUTOMATION INVESTMENTS. DESIGN AND MODIFY DC LAYOUTS USING CAD SOFTWARE (AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, OR SIMILAR). CONDUCT PROCESS SIMULATION AND MODELING TO OPTIMIZE WORKFLOWS AND THROUGHPUT LEAD LEAN MANUFACTURING AND SIX SIGMA INITIATIVES TO ELIMINATE WASTE AND IMPROVE EFFICIENCY. IMPLEMENT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGIES ACROSS ALL DC OPERATIONS. UTILIZE SQL AND ADVANCED ANALYTICS TOOLS (PYTHON, R, TABLEAU, POWER BI) TO ANALYZE OPERATIONAL DATA. DEVELOP KPIS AND PERFORMANCE DASHBOARDS FOR AUTOMATION AND PROCESS EFFECTIVENESS. CONDUCT STATISTICAL ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND VALIDATE SOLUTIONS. CREATE PREDICTIVE MODELS FOR CAPACITY PLANNING AND RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION. PARTNER WITH DC MANAGERS TO IDENTIFY OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES AND IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES. LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO IMPLEMENT PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS. DEVELOP STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND OPTIMIZED PROCESSES. PARTNER WITH TRAINING TEAM TO BUILD TRAINING CONTENT TO TEACH DC PERSONNEL ON NEW SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGIES. DEVELOP LONG-TERM AUTOMATION AND IMPROVEMENT ROADMAPS FOR DC NETWORK. MANAGE MULTIPLE SIMULTANEOUS PROJECTS WITH BUDGETS RANGING FROM $100K TO $5M+. COORDINATE WITH VENDORS, CONTRACTORS, AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS FOR PROJECT EXECUTION. REPORT PROGRESS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP. DOMESTIC TRAVEL IS REQUIRED 25% TO 30% OF THE TIME.
