Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Familiar with payment systems and document controls.

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Proficient in project management tooling such as SmartSheets and Asana as well as creating dashboards and useful daily reports that help manage business.
• Experience with Procore, Payee Central, Contract Central.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees in completing high quality and efficient contract administration tasks spanning contracts for diligence, work orders, change orders, and facilitate design releases.
• Provide administrative project support, lead strategic initiatives, and drive process improvement for Construction customers across the organization.
• Thrive on operational efficiency and insist on the highest standards.
