The ideal candidate is a hospitality-focused leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of managing people and processes effectively. This role requires a leader with presence, accountability, and high service standards, comfortable with logistics and direct resident engagement. You will build strong teams, set clear expectations, and ensure adherence to service standards, operating with professionalism, discretion, and ownership. As the Manager of Concierge Services, you are responsible for the overall performance, consistency, and execution of front-facing resident services across the community.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in hospitality, senior living, or a related service-driven environment
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong understanding of service delivery, team leadership, and operational coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Valid Kansas driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Concierge operations with a focus on service excellence and consistency
  • Develop and manage staffing schedules to ensure seamless coverage and responsiveness
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Concierge team members to meet hospitality and performance standards
  • Oversee onboarding and training to ensure alignment with Larksfield’s service expectations
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for resident requests, concerns, and service recovery
  • Maintain active visibility across campus, engaging with residents and supporting team members
  • Step in as needed to support front desk operations during peak times or staffing gaps
  • Coordinate and oversee resident support services including transportation, deliveries, and general assistance
  • Manage billing processes related to Concierge Services
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate communication across departments
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve service delivery and resident satisfaction

  • $54,000 – $57,000 annually, depending on experience
