About The Position
The Manager of Community Engagement at Cradles to Crayons (C2C) plays a crucial role in developing strategies to acquire donated children's items from the community. Reporting to the Associate Director of Partnerships & Engagement, this position supervises the Community Engagement Coordinator and is responsible for strengthening existing partnerships and forging new relationships to enhance Cradles' visibility, impact, and financial resources. The Manager will work closely with the Operations team to meet product acquisition goals and will need to possess an entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaboration across all disciplines within the organization, necessitating persuasive and credible communication skills.
