Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years commercial or business lending, credit or business development, or financial services management
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 14 years commercial or business lending, credit or business development, or financial services management
  • Strong financial analysis skills

Responsibilities

  • Actively lead and manage performance for a team, ensuring operational soundness while executing on a plan to deliver results that create value for the customer, and meet the financial goals of the bank
  • Utilize leadership skills to drive accountability of expectations. Actively participate in calling efforts with the team, representing the Bank in the community
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to accomplish short-term and long-term financial objectives, based on Executive strategic direction. Sales results should align with the needs of the community and ultimately support the organizational commitment to diverse lending
  • Be an active partner of the credit team and provide guidance to the team in order to maintain strong credit quality and effective deal processing
  • Maintain productive working relationships with Business/Commercial Services partners and other corporate divisions; beneficially bringing sales partners into client relationships to manage the total financial services relationship for our customers and prospects
