About The Position

This position supervises the Decision Support Team analysts and the BI Developer. All duties performed will be done accurately and in a timely manner. Attend training sessions and workshops as needed. Participate in meetings in person and virtually as needed. Lead or participate on project teams. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. Supervise/mentor other team members. Essential Job Responsibilities: Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Serve as a key point of contact for reporting and analytics inquiries. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support clinical and operational decision-making. Support the development and execution of the organization’s goals through data-driven insights. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and analytics. Manage the integration and utilization of various data sources and systems. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs. Lead projects focused on improving data infrastructure and reporting capabilities

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel).
Strong understanding of healthcare data, including EHRs, claims data, and clinical outcomes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance or a related field preferred 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
