The Manager of Clinic Quality reports to the Director, Practice Transformation. This position leads enterprise ambulatory quality improvement and performance management across the clinic system, leveraging Epic EHR data, reporting tools, and workflows to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, experience, and regulatory performance. This position will serve as the clinical informatics for the clinic system and will partner closely with System clinical informatics, Epic analysts, analytics teams, and clinic leadership to translate quality goals into Epic enabled workflows, dashboards, and sustainable practice change.
