About The Position

The Clinical Nurse Manager would report to the Administrative Director of Health at Home under the oversight of the Chief Nursing Officer. The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of Health at Home. They provide input into the hiring of clinical staff and oversee their training and professional development. They liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care plans. They are expected to manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed and develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and improve quality of care. They will develop and monitor quality initiatives inclusive of patient satisfaction. Develop and ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Required Experience: Experience in the clinic setting with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum Required Education: LPN or RN.
• Minimum Required Certifications: BLS, Kansas State Board of Healing Arts Licenses as RN or LPN.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred Experience: 2-5 years' experience working in a clinic leadership position.
• Preferred Education: Completion of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Program.
