About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing schedules, coordinating events, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management. At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is up to $100,000 annually, plus bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Surety Bonds is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
