Sunstone is seeking a Director of Partner Development to join our team. Sunstone's partners are solar installers and developers selling solar systems to and installing solar systems for businesses and non-profits. You will play a key role in expanding Sunstone’s commercial impact by deepening relationships, providing consultation and guidance to Sunstone partners, and uncovering new opportunities for mutual growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated to improve what exists rather than accept the status quo. You’ll need to be comfortable challenging clients to adopt new technologies, adept at building relationships and able to understand the key levers and drivers for a partner and how Sunstone can best help them grow their business while increasing our wallet share. Success in this role requires hyper-responsiveness, exceptional organization, curiosity, and resilience.
