About The Position

St. Ambrose University is seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy professional to serve as Manager of Annual Giving and Data Analytics. This role supports the success of the Annual Giving program by managing reporting, segmentation, giving platforms, and donor stewardship efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 1 year of related experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and online platforms; CRM Advance experience preferred
• Knowledge of university advancement operations a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of annual giving program, including data analytics, reporting needs, and appeal execution
• Serve as lead user of CRM Advance and GiveCampus platforms
• Plan and execute Giving Tuesday and Day of Giving campaigns
• Coordinate donor segmentation and support fundraising outreach
• Manage donor stewardship programs, giving society membership, and campaign performance tracking
• Liaise with campus and external partners on giving-related needs for assigned program
