About The Position

- The Manager of Adult Services at Lighthouse Central Florida Inc is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of client care services specifically tailored to adult clients. Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in any of these fields is highly preferred.
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client care services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing adult services.
  • - Proven track record in developing and implementing programs for adults in need of care services, particularly within a non-profit or community-based organization.
  • - Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning for adult service programs.
  • - Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and funding agencies.
  • - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals.
  • - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
  • - Proficient in the use of technology and software applications relevant to client care services, including client management systems and data analysis tools.
  • - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and make informed decisions in a timely manner.
