About The Position

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for helping customers succeed while driving business growth? B2Gnow is looking for a Manager of Account Growth and Renewals to lead our high-performing teams focused on revenue expansion and retention across existing accounts. In this role, you’ll guide teams responsible for renewals, price adjustments, capacity growth, and product add-ons. You’ll set ambitious goals, coach your team to exceed targets, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Finance to optimize account expansion and retention strategies. Remote Position OTE $150,000-$200,000

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, customer success, or related roles
  • Strong experience with complex and regulated businesses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional follow-up
  • Familiarity with sales flows, account management, and Salesforce
  • Ability to build rapport with both employees and customers
  • High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Background supporting customers at a SaaS company or industry-related organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Renewals and Account Growth teams to drive revenue expansion, retention, and account optimization
  • Guide the team on renewals, price increases, capacity growth, and product add-ons
  • Set team goals, define KPIs, track performance, and coach members to exceed targets
  • Oversee account growth strategies, including outbound campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and expansion efforts
  • Maintain healthy pipelines and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Provide strategic direction and coaching for high-quality product demos, email campaigns, and content initiatives
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to align team activities with organizational goals
  • Mentor the team on managing strategic customer engagements, business reviews, and renewals
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and reporting
  • Represent B2Gnow at customer events and conferences, traveling as needed (20–40%)
